This week, we introduce our Production Supervisor, Michael Adams who, having worked for Emtez and Romold for over 22 years, tells us what has changed in his time with the companies. I first started my employment with EmtezGroup in January 1996 and have worked across multiple departments including spray painting, stores and despatch & welding before transferring to Romold to oversee the efficient running of daily production and despatch.
